Physicians: More Access Plus Saturday and evening clinics available
More Saturday and evening clinics are open to specialty care physicians. (This includes weekday evenings.) The Access Plus program also allows for virtual visits, so you can choose to provide care from the comfort of home.
Saturday and evening clinics guarantee physicians a Z payment at 150% of AAMC Median compensation. Compensation varies by specialty.
Help increase patient access and reduce wait times, especially for new patients. UC Davis Health is exploring every available opportunity to maintain and expand patient access.
So far, the program has served:
- 3,807 total patients
- 2,851 new patients
- 128 participating physicians

The Medical Group’s Access Plus program was established by the UC Davis Medical Group and Ambulatory Care administration. Launched in 2023, the program now features a simplified signup form.
