Provide administrative oversight of the CAARE Center's Mental Health Program Operations. Responsibilities include: oversight of primary service contract (EPSDT/Medi-Cal), responsible for Medi-Cal recertification, oversight of all EPSDT clinical programs to ensure a high quality of service delivery and contract compliance, program development, involvement in budgetary decisions, oversight of personnel issues and community outreach. Develop policies, procedures to improve program efficiency and service delivery. Implement/conduct trainings to clinical staff related service delivery and quality assurance. Responsible for the reconciliation of Avatar/billing reports to support fiscal solvency. Provide mental health treatment to children ages 0 to 21 including DBT, TF-CBT, individual and family therapy with histories of trauma, and abuse; and provide administrative and clinical supervision to mental health staff.
