The Center for Healthcare Policy and Research (CHPR) is a valuable resource to UC Davis faculty with research interests in health policy, and in healthcare delivery, quality and comparative effectiveness. CHPR engages faculty research affiliates in the departments of Public Health Science, Statistics, Communication, Emergency Medicine, Family and Community Medicine, Economics, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry & Behavioral Science, Psychology, Radiology, Sociology, and Surgery, and from the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing and the Graduate School of Management.

Faculty members affiliated with CHPR collaborate with other CHPR members, and work with our experienced staff to conduct their research, from writing and submitting project proposals, to managing their studies and analyzing the results, to closing out their grant awards and publishing the findings.
