Course description

You are invited to embrace this rare opportunity to step out of your busy and complex world. This course will focus your attention on taking better care of yourself, on strengthening your relationships with co-workers and on reconnecting with the core purpose of your work--caring for people who need your compassion and help. 

Based on overwhelming positive responses from participants, this three-day workshop is open to anyone who works in a healthcare environment (RN, HUSC, RT, MD, MSW, etc.).

Attire

Wear comfortable clothes and layers to plan for fluctuating classroom temperatures.

C.E. contact hours

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 26, for 21.0 contact hours. Participants must attend all three days to receive C.E. credit.

Attendees must attend all 3 days to receive C.E. credit. Attendees will not receive C.E. credit if they are more than 20 minutes late on any day; no partial credit can be awarded.

UC Davis employees

$50 registration deposit. Registration deposit is returned upon completion of class. Cancellation must be requested five days prior to class date to receive deposit refund.

Community registrants

$360 registration fee. Cancellation must be requested five days prior to class date to receive a full refund. A $25 service fee will be charged after this date.

Parking
