Racial Justice Dashboard
We developed the racial justice dashboard as a tool for self-education and to explore ways to engage in anti-racism efforts. We'll continue to curate and update with new resources and information that we think will be helpful to the faculty, staff and students at UC Davis Health as well as the community at large.
The Racial Justice Report Card (RJRC) consists of 14 metrics that evaluate an academic center’s curriculum and climate, student and faculty diversity, policing, racial integration of clinical care sites, treatment of workers, and research protocols.
The Health Equity Action Plan is a 4-point action plan developed to provide actionable steps to address structural racism and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion at UC Davis Health.
Explore our anti-racism resources to find recommendations and links for self-education on racial topics and ways to get more involved in our community.
