Academic Pathway for Health Science Trainees

This workshop will help residents identify the skills needed for their continued academic success, their personality type, their leadership strengths, and will provide them with the skills needed in negotiation, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict management, and more to support their career paths. The cohort will meet monthly for 2 hours on the 1st Thursday of each month over a period of 6 months.

Who should attend? Health science trainees and residents aspiring to pursue a career in academic medicine and future leadership roles.
