Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) Fellowship for Women
This program offers an intensive one-year fellowship of leadership training with extensive coaching, networking and mentoring opportunities aimed at expanding the national pool of qualified women candidates for leadership in academic medicine, dentistry, public health and pharmacy.
Who should attend? Women faculty at the associate or full professor level with at least 2 years personnel and budget management experience.

UC WI is an experiential professional development program offered to mid-career women, faculty, academic personnel and staff who demonstrate the potential to advance their careers at UC.
Who should attend? Mid-career faculty, academic personnel, and staff from campuses, health centers, Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and Office of the President. Women who have demonstrated potential for advancement.
