Melissa Hankins, M.D.
Dr. Melissa Hankins is the founder and CEO of Melissa Hankins Coaching. She is a Mindset and Success Coach for physicians and other high-performers who may “look great on the outside” but are struggling on the inside. Her clients typically struggle with burnout, perfectionism, workaholism, and “trying to do all the things” and feeling completely overwhelmed in the process while doing their best not to show it.
Combining her expertise and diverse background as a 17-year Harvard-trained psychiatrist, certified executive coach, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT “tapping”) practitioner, Dr. Hankins has created a unique blend of coaching that helps her clients rediscover and reconnect to their authentic self, and to their passions and goals, both professionally and personally. She recognizes that many of the personal qualities that make her clients great in the field of medicine or in other high-performing fields—qualities such as dedication, high attention to detail, independence, persistence, compassion, empathy—can create a fertile backdrop for overwhelm and burnout to take root. She supports her clients in identifying and releasing the limiting beliefs and patterns of behavior that no longer serve them as they move forward to create the life and lifestyle they truly desire to live, both inside and outside of work.
