Creative Arts Therapy from UC Davis Children’s Hospital: Mandala-making, with piano accompaniment

During this difficult time, you can stay grounded and take a few minutes for relaxation by joining a soothing and creative activity, hosted by the UC Davis Children’s Hospital Creative Arts Therapy team.

On April 3, Art Therapists Katie Lorain and Jennifer Miller led our Facebook Live audience of kids and adults in the creation of some colorful mandalas, while Music Therapist Tori Steeley played a soothing piano accompaniment.

Watch a recording of the session here.

In the weeks ahead, tune in every Friday at 3 p.m. on the UC Davis Children’s Hospital Facebook page for more fun and therapeutic activities.
