Improved Innovation Technology Self-Service portal features better search experience, access to tools
The IT Self-Service portal has been redesigned to provide an enhanced, Google-like search experience and one-click access to:
- Help Make Us Better: Ask It, Suggest It, Fix It
- Service Catalog: Request an item from the service catalog
- Get Help: Report a technical issue or problem
Clinicians and staff can also access the Epic KNow to search for Epic How-To articles, including step-by-step instructions.
