New catering website user training on Aug. 11

The Food and Nutrition Services team is implementing a new web-based catering management system called Catertrax. The new system will elevate the user experience with enhanced features such as online booking, streamlined ordering, real-time event status via a daily calendar, an online wallet to store frequently used accounts and a copy of approvals for billing.

There is virtual training for the new system on Wednesday, August 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Click here to register for the training by Tuesday, August 10. You will receive an email confirmation with information to join the session.

Staff that frequently order catering services are encouraged to participate. The session will be recorded for those unable to attend.
