UC Davis Health launches Help Make Us Better, a new tool to collect suggestions and feedback

UC Davis Health aims to provide channels that empower faculty and staff to share ideas for improving the patient and employee experience, report issues, or simply ask questions of the leadership team. That is the goal of the “Help Make Us Better” initiative. Through this interactive, online portal that went live this morning, employees can:

• Ask It: Send questions or comments to one or several UC Davis Health leaders
• Fix It: Report an item on campus that needs maintenance or fixing
• Suggest It: Share feedback and ideas and take part in campus improvement efforts

All health system employees have a role to play in helping shape the future of UC Davis Health. As we move forward on our post-pandemic journey, input from across the system is critical. The “Help Make Us Better” portal will serve as a centralized online location to collect that input, share and report back on questions, ideas and issues raised.
