Sacramento is a great mid-sized city – with minimal traffic, a wonderful downtown, a great restaurant and nightlife scene, and perhaps most significantly – affordable housing (many residents even buy homes here!).

Being at sea level, we have very mild winters, and sunny, non-humid summers. Our warm summer allows comfortable, enjoyable evenings outdoors after work from April to November.

Below, we have included a list of some of our residents' favorite things to do in Sacramento.

Food & Drink

Sacramento is very proud of their coffee, and there are more than enough specialty coffee shops to try when you're not working!
