Welcome! Our UC Davis Health primary care offices in Sacramento are located in the Midtown, Campus Commons and Elmhurst areas.

To better serve patients who live or work near the heart of Sacramento, we opened a Midtown primary and specialty care clinic near the intersection of Folsom and Alhambra boulevards. It's known as the UC Davis Midtown Ambulatory Care Center and is convenient to major downtown employment centers, the 80 and 50 freeways and the Midtown and East Sacramento areas.

The state-of-the-art medical building, pictured here, includes free parking in a dedicated garage and offers a range of primary and specialty health services.
