Human Resources' Worklife and Wellness Program is offering a meditation workshop on Monday, Dec. 17, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Glassrock Building, Room 7106.
In this workshop, attendees will learn how to have more energy and vitality, recharge the body, calm the mind, open the heart, and have positive, cheerful and wholesome attitudes.

The instructor, Brenda Gustin, is certified in Ananda Yoga and meditation with many years of teaching experience. She skillfully blends the art and science of meditation to raise awareness for the creation of health and wellness from within.
These workshops are for beginners who are just learning about meditation or for people who already make meditation a daily practice.
