UC Davis’ Sports Medicine Program can help you address the fundamentals that help you improve performance with proper form and function.
Our Sports Performance Program offers a comprehensive, interventional program designed to enhance your performance, reduce your risk for injury and improve your overall physical function.
It begins with an assessment of your current level of functional movement and addresses other aspects related to your specific activity, such as gait, bike fit or physiological testing. Monthly training consultations monitor and progress your intervention, ensuring you stay safe and continue to improve.
