Standard bicycle fitting

Road/Mountain/Gravel/Cyclocross Bikes: $200     Triathlon/Time Trial Bikes: $250

Each fitting is individualized to meet the rider’s specific discipline and needs. Fittings address all aspects of the rider interface, including:

  • Saddle heigh/fore-aft and tilt
  • Handlebar reach, height and tilt
  • Shoe/cleat alignment, including wedging, shimming and lateral adjustment as needed
  • Recommend equipment modifications.

The session incorporates a detailed physical examination to address the rider's individual anthropometrics, soft tissue and flexibility factors, limitations and injury history. Emphasis is placed on meeting each rider's unique requirements. Extensive biomechanical expertise and rider feedback complete the package.

The fitting is ideally performed on the rider's own bike, although we have a Serotta Size Cycle if needed. Recommendation for components will be provided if necessary.  Ideal frame sizing can be provided upon request.

Basic bicycle fitting

Road/Mountain/Gravel/Cyclocross Bikes: $125     Triathlon/Time Trial Bikes: $150

Geared towards simply making you comfortable on the bike, the basic bike fitting is still individualized to meet the rider’s specific discipline and needs. 

  • Saddle heigh/fore-aft and tilt
  • Handlebar reach, height and tilt
  • Shoe/cleat alignment (does not include wedging/shimming)
  • Recommend equipment modifications.

Emphasis is placed on meeting each rider's unique requirements to find a position that allows to to safely enjoy riding your bike. Extensive biomechanical expertise and rider feedback complete the package.
