Philosophy of Care
I consider the highlight of my work at UCDMC the performance of a wide variety of complex invasive electrophysiologic (EP) procedures. Of great importance, our patients are experiencing arrhythmia-free survival off of antiarrhythmic drugs after ablation for atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia.
Cardiac electrophysiology, the science of elucidating, diagnosing, and treating the electrical activities of the heart. Performing a wide variety of invasive procedures including mapping and ablation of SVT, VT, and atrial fibrillation, ; device implantation including cardiac resynchronization.
My clinical and research interests focus on ventricular tachycardia in a normal heart and sudden cardiac death.
