My goal is to create a space where patients can speak freely about their health concerns and jointly formulate a personalized plan of care for them.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Chak is a general hepatologist offering care for adults with a variety of liver diseases. He has a special clinical interest in viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, and liver cancer.
Research/Academic Interests
Dr. Chak's research focuses on developing population-based screening programs for viral hepatitis especially though the enhancement of electronic health systems.
