Philosophy of Care
I enjoy getting to know the patient's entire history, including social history in order to educate them about self care and a treatment plan they can agree with. I feel like I make a difference when I see patient's successfully staying out of the hospital for heart failure exacerbations.
I enjoy working in this ever evolving field of medicine to treat patient's who have this chronic disease.
