Philosophy of Care
As a physician, my goal is to serve as a consultant and advocate for your health. I believe in the importance of having a healing relationship with your clinician and providing whole person centered care.
In my free time, I enjoy vegetarian cooking, hiking, meditating, practicing yoga, playing the harmonium, and singing.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Dossett helps to care for patients in both the clinic and hospital settings. Her clinical interests include primary care, lifestyle medicine, and integrative medicine. She has extensive experience in using mind-body approaches to reduce stress and mitigate the negative health effects of stress.
Research/Academic Interests
Dr. Dossett's research focuses on patient-clinician relationships and how the quality of this relationship affects health outcomes. She also has research interests in mind-body and integrative medicine and in clinician well-being.
