Welcome to the Plastic Surgery RESTORe Research Lab
ABOUT US
The RESTORe (Radically Elegant Solutions To Optimize Reconstruction) Lab is run by Drs. Clifford Pereira and Andrew Li. We are partnered with the Department of Surgery Bioengineering lab that is run by Dr. Diana Farmer (Chair, Dept of Surgery) and Dr. Aijun Wang PhD (Vice Chair Research, Dept of Surgery).
The RESTORe Mission:
The overarching goal of the lab is to find elegant solutions to longstanding reconstructive problems with an emphasis on peripheral nerve injuries. We leverage cross-campus and cross-country research collaborations to produce disruptive biotechnology with immediate clinical translatability. We welcome medical students, residents, post-doctoral fellows, and other allied health professionals with a passion to solve reconstructive problems, to our lab.
