The UC Davis Spine Center accepts patients by physician or other medical professional referral only.

If you are a physician, you may refer a patient to the UC Davis Spine Center by calling the UC Davis Physician Referral Center at 800-4-UCDAVIS (800-482-3284).

If you are a patient and have questions about our referral or appointment process, please call our office at 877-82-SPINE (877-827-7463) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
