Alumni Weekend 2026
October 1-4, 2026, UC Davis Health Sacramento Campus
Whether you're an MD, residency, or fellowship graduate—and whether you're in a reunion year or not—this is your weekend to reconnect with classmates, reminisce, and learn about exciting developments at your medical alma mater.
Everyone is welcome to attend, including partners and children! There will also be a special reunion dinner honoring the classes of 1976, 1981, 1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011, 2016, and 2021. The Sacramento Health Campus will serve as the main activity hub, with shuttle service available to transport attendees to all off-site events.

Thursday, October 1 – Courtyard Marriott Midtown (Sacramento)
4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Early Registration + Welcome Reception
Stop by the Marriott for your registration materials and stay for a casual reception. 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. UC Davis Health (UCDH) Inaugural Dr. Faustino Bernadett, Sr. Lecture from the Department of Family and Community Medicine Alumni Weekend guests are invited to a special lecture.
Friday, October 2 – Sacramento Health Campus + UC Davis Main Campus
9:00 a.m. Registration + Casual Breakfast If you’re going to the UC Davis campus, head to the Education Building for a hearty breakfast before the shuttle to Davis. 9:15 a.m. Dr. Kim Elaine Barrett, Ph.D. Vice Dean for Research Dr. Barrett will join us to present highlights of the exceptional research taking place at UC Davis Health. 10:30 a.m. Afternoon in Davis We will provide shuttle service for alumni who would like to have an afternoon adventure on the Davis campus. We’ll take you on a tour of the Student Farm, Tupper Hall, Arboretum, and more. Lunch will be provided. 5:00 - 7:30 p.m. All-Alumni Reception and Alumni Awards Presentation at Aggie Square

Start your day with a warm welcome and breakfast with your peers. 10:30 a.m. School of Medicine Leadership Presentation Join this lecture to hear the latest news and updates from School of Medicine’s educational leadership.
11:30 a.m. Hard Hat California Tower Tour Get an early look at a new facility that will feature a 14-story hospital tower and a five-story pavilion. An accessible Health Campus tour will also be available for guests who prefer or require it.
12:30 p.m. Lunch This session includes more UC Davis Health greetings and lunch with your peers. 2:00 p.m. Research Roundtable Presentations Join us for four brief presentations to learn more about incredible research happening on campus. 3:15 p.m. Strawberry Breeding Program Presentation and Tasting Learn about the Strawberry Breeding & Research Program at UC Davis, taste strawberries, and give feedback on your favorite varietal. 4:00 p.m. Networking + Family Friendly Activities on the Vanderhoef Commons Meet up with your classmates and reminisce or enjoy lawn games and other activities. 4:15 p.m. Wine Tasting Taste and discuss wine that has a special UCD connection. 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Class Dinner All alumni are welcome to this dinner celebrating reunion alumni. There will also be a special recognition for the 50th reunion class.
