Dr. Kashkouli has over 10 years experience as a hospitalist and hospice and palliative medicine. He has special interest in geriatric care, end of life care, advance symptom management and transitions of care. He is a founding member and medical director of UCD Home Based Palliative Care program. I believe in providing a whole patient care. I hope to treat their physicial aligments and to also address their emotional and spiritual needs with my team of social workers and chaplains. My goal is to understand my patients goals and values and to meet them at where they are at.

  • In addition to his clinical work, he is an instructor of record for Palliative care and Pain Medicine course at UC Davis, School of Medicine. Dr. Kashkouli is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine.
