Among all the majestic beauty of Margerie Glacier in Alaska a little sail boat was anchored close to the floating icebergs. This was serene and beautiful and such a magical place to be at as I watched birds glide by, groups of seals sitting on the floating icebergs, and when I really looked carefully there were water spouts from the whales. We at UC Davis are tied into a diversity of people and strive to live in harmony and acceptance.—Michellene O’Ryan
