Neelam joined the palliative care team in July of 2018 and works with the leadership team to manage the program at UCD Health. During her years working alongside the Palliative Care team Neelam has grown the No One Dies Alone Program for those patients admitted at the hospital and are expected to die with no family/friends present and managed to successfully run monthly Schwartz Center Rounds for UCD Health staff members. Neelam also manages all data for the inpatient adult team and pediatric STEPS team.
