Monjazeb receives Oettinger Memorial Award

Congratulations to UC Davis Health radiation oncologist Arta Monjazeb. He was selected as the recipient of the Joan Oettinger Memorial Award. This award is given annually for outstanding lung or cancer research. This notable award is named in honor of Ms. Oettinger, a UC Davis graduate student who died of lung cancer in 1970.

The award was announced during the UC Davis School of Medicine's Spring General Faculty Meeting on May 25, 2022.
