UC Davis Occupational Health offers a multitude of resources, mindfulness activities, meditation videos, and techniques to support personal emotional well-being, particularly Wellness Self-Coaching for UC Davis and UC Davis Health employees.

The Wellness Self-Coaching program developed by the Staff, Faculty Health and Well-being Program is a 4-step process to help identify opportunities for actionable change in your personal life. As we embark on the new year, and look ahead to what challenges and triumphs may come, we invite you to learn more and explore how the 4-step framework might work for you.
