We are committed to ensuring your experience with UC Davis Health is a positive one and welcome any feedback you would like to share with us.
The department of Patient Relations is here to serve as a liaison between our patients, families, and their healthcare providers. We serve as the office of record for complaints and grievances for UC Davis Health. We first recommend that you discuss your concerns with the department leadership. If your concerns remain unresolved, our skillful and professional Patient Relations Analysts are available by phone, via email, or by submitting the online feedback form found below. Our goal is to partner with you to address any concerns that may arise.
We strive to provide all patients and their families/representatives with the highest standard of care and exceptional service.
Thank you for choosing UC Davis Health for your healthcare needs.
