  • Teaching you and your family about your health needs and self-care
  • Tests and treatments related to your infusion medications
  • Care of your IV line
  • Communication with your physician regarding your treatment
  • Review of upcoming provider visits

Pharmacy care

  • Provides medication education and expertise
  • Reviews your medical profile and dispenses your infusion medications
  • Reviews your lab tests results and makes recommendations to your provider as needed
