Insurance and Billing
Treatment can be costly, and we will help you navigate through the complexities of the healthcare system to explore every option available to you. Your UC Davis Health at Home - Home Infusion intake coordinator will review the costs associated with your therapy and answer questions prior to your first medication delivery. If you have any questions about your bill, or if you have concerns about paying your bill, please call us at 916-703-4663 so we can assist you.
Medication/Supplies
Your home infusion pharmacy navigator will contact you regularly to schedule your delivery and check in on any outstanding supply needs. Depending on your delivery location and medications, you can choose a convenient option that works for you.
Treatment Location Services
You have the option of receiving your infusions at your home or in our ambulatory infusion suite. Our suite is located at 3575 Business Drive, Sacramento, CA 95820. Please call us if you are interested in changing your preferred treatment location at 916-703-4663.
Prescription Refill Services
Our home infusion navigator will contact you prior to your refill due date to coordinate the medications you need, update your medical and insurance records, and to set up and confirm a delivery date, or a pickup date and address. We will be in close contact with you during your treatment and will be your healthcare advocate.
Pick-up/Delivery
Depending on your delivery location and medications, you can choose a convenient option that works for you. Deliveries will be left at the address you provide to the home infusion pharmacy. Packages cannot be left at some types of addresses such as apartments, businesses, and others. Some medications require a signature for delivery. You may also pick up your package at our pharmacy by appointment.
Supply storage
Once you receive your medication and supplies, please check the overall condition of the products and their quantities. Ensure that medications are stored in accordance with guidance provided by your home infusion team. Please contact us immediately if you are running low on any infusion medications or supplies.
Treatment Completion
When you finish your treatment, you may have some supplies left over. Aside from your infusion pump and its accessories, we cannot take back any of your supplies.
