An employee disabled by pregnancy, childbirth, recovery or related medical conditions. - Parental Leave/Childrearing (PDF)
An employee’s leave to bond with their new child entering the family through birth (non-Childbearing), surrogacy, adoption, or foster care placement, and to attend to related matters. - Employee’s Serious Health Condition (PDF)
An employee disabled due to an illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition that involves inpatient care or continuing treatment by a health care provider. - Family Serious Health Condition (PDF)
An employee’s eligible family member disabled due to an illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition that involves inpatient care or continuing treatment by a health care provider.
