Confirmation of registration will be sent within two weeks after receipt of registration form. The fees will increase after September 9, 2023.

Tuition includes continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, electronic syllabus, and an online workshop. Tuition may be paid by check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA. Please note, credit card payments are accepted online only via registration link. Cash is not accepted. UC Davis Health and UC Davis School of Medicine faculty and staff are eligible for tuition discounts. See registration form for details. Conference materials cannot be guaranteed unless registration is received by October 23, 2023. The Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine reserves the right to cancel this conference. In such a case, a full refund will be given.

Registration forms received without payment will not be processed until payment is received. Payment must be received within 10 days of registration. Early discount rates are honored if payment is received by the date noted on the registration form. After that date, the late fee is applied.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A refund of tuition, less $150 administrative fee, will be allowed if requested in writing by October 5, 2023. No refunds will be provided after this date.

The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is the accredited joint provider for this meeting. A link to access course materials, evaluations, and CME certificates will be will be sent to the email on your ASA account. Please use this email when registering for the course.
