Observerships

Our observership opportunities happen throughout the year. Applicants must be available for the full duration of their observership.

To apply, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

• All documents must be submitted in .pdf format and labeled with your name.
• Only complete applications will be reviewed.
• Do not submit your application until all requirements are met.
  • Provide your current Resume/CV 
  • Provide a valid picture ID
  • Provide immunization record
  • Sign the UCDMC Confidentiality Agreement link: here 
  • Provide a short introduction and photo that we can send out to the department
  • Complete the Observers Screening Requirements form link: here, the department will get the signatures.
  • Complete the Privacy and Security training link: here and send the completion certificate provided after the training (you can take a screenshot).
  • If you are not 18 years old or older, please have a guardian/parent complete/sign the general liability waiver. Your signature will also be required link: here
