Observerships

Our observership opportunities happen throughout the year. Applicants must be available for the full duration of their observership. Note, we are currently not accepting observers under the age of 18

To apply, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

• All documents must be submitted in .pdf format and labeled with your name.
• Only complete applications will be reviewed.
• Do not submit your application until all requirements are met.
  • Provide your current Resume/CV 
  • Provide a valid picture ID
  • Provide immunization record
  • Sign the UCDMC Confidentiality Agreement link: here 
  • Provide a short introduction and photo that we can send out to the department
  • Complete the Observers Screening Requirements form link: here, the department will get the signatures.
  • Complete the Privacy and Security training link: here and send the completion certificate provided after the training (you can take a screenshot).
