Visting Researchers

Our participants have the opportunity to engage in cardiac anesthesia research, with a focus on perioperative organ protection, by visiting the anesthesiology department and observing its anesthesia practices.  UC Davis Health System has achieved top national rankings in several fields, particularly in telemedicine and clinical and translational science research, where UC Davis is a recognized pioneer and leader.  The cardiac service at UC Davis is ranked #24 in the US, and known for providing the highest quality cardiac and ICU care in Northern California.
