My philosophy to nursing is self-motivating behavior that I use in my own personal life choices and reflected with passion with my patients. I believe that morals help people move toward self-improvement. In my view, morals define specific values that guide human behavior. I respect diverse perspectives and opinions, and I do not believe that disagreements in views constitute disloyalty. I deeply admire determination and perseverance.
I see nursing as a profession that requires holistically knowing and understanding the substance and essence of the patient, and I believe that patients are individuals with diverse beliefs and viewpoints. When a nurse inspires deep trust by respecting their wishes, ideas, and autonomy, a favorable outcome in their care will follow.
