Join us as we explore how health professionals and community partners can improve quality of and access to care for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ+) patients and their families.

The series, and the topics presented for this year’s theme “Crosswalk: Intersectionality and the Social Determinants of LGBTQ+ Health,” are grounded in evidence-based research and informed by current scientific studies. We focus on addressing real-world needs identified through data to ensure the information we provide is credible, relevant, and impactful.

Principles of Community

Attendees participating in all Improving OUTcomes events are expected to embody the UC Davis Principles of Community. This means demonstrating respect for the dignity of all individuals, fostering a climate of inclusion, and acting with integrity and responsibility. As attendees, employees and all participants should carry themselves with professionalism and a commitment to community building—celebrating diversity, promoting equity, and engaging respectfully with one another and the public. By upholding these values, we affirm our dedication to creating a welcoming environment where all feel seen, valued, and supported.
