Philosophy of Care

For many patients, the clinical visit take time away from other activities, and my goal is to provide the most comprehensive care, so as to minimize the redundancies in the diagnosis and treatment of the patients' concern. With thirty years of experience in this specialty field and years of training, I feel confident in the delivery on this promise.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Yen is a general otolaryngologist offering care for older children and adults in most diseases of the ear, nose and throat, as well as specializing in the diagnosis of lumps and bumps in the head and neck region. He has special interests in the utility of the ultrasound in the diagnosis and surveillance of diseases in the head and neck region.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Yen's research focuses on improving the diagnosis of lumps and bumps in the head and neck region, with the utility of ultrasound imaging in the clinical setting.
