Philosophy of Care

I feel the child needs to be the center of my focus. If they feel comfortable with me and can trust me, the best care can be delivered. Inclusion of the family in all decision making is imperative. I try to discuss the options for a plan of care based on the available science as well as my years of experience. I encourage questions from the family and child.

Dr. Muntz has focused his clinical interest in children with ears, nose and throat problems for the last 38+ years. He has had special interest in ear disease, sinus problems, sleep apnea and snoring, care of the child with cleft lip and palate, and care of the child with a tracheotomy.
