Coccidioidomycosis Serology Laboratory - Online Results Portal

The Coccidioidomycosis Serology Lab is sunsetting our current LIS Orchard Harvest and transitioning to EPIC Beaker in June 2023. Our current Harvest Webportal is not expected to be available after June 2023. We will be utilizing PhysicianConnect where users can not only view and print results as before, but also create patients, place electronic orders, see specimen tracking, and print packing lists.

EPIC unfortunately does not support an email functionality for sending finalized reports of test results. For those clients who cannot switch to secure faxing, we would like to ensure a smooth transition to PhyscianConnect where you will be able to receive these reports through in-basket messaging.

The first step in this transition is for us to ensure that we have the most current and updated information from your facility regarding users and points of contact. Secondly, we will need to coordinate with your facility in signing a user agreement form.

WHAT IS PHYSICIANCONNECT?

PhysicianConnect is a real-time Epic application that is a web-based version of UC Davis Health's electronic medical record system. PhysicianConnect offers a secured online access to patient medical records. PhysicianConnect allows UC Davis Health and affiliates to maintain a stronger relationship and communication of the patients they share.
