I am dedicated to delivering comprehensive vascular care that is high-quality, patient-centered, and evidence-driven. I believe in doing what is best for my patients. Therefore, I endeavor to offer them access to the most advanced and effective techniques and technologies for treatment of their various conditions. I value the patient-physician partnership. Thus, it is my mission to engage my patients in the decision-making process, to understand their preferences, and to personalize my plan to each patient's unique circumstance, offering them solutions that integrate the best medical and surgical interventions to help their reach their health goals.
Dr. Kwong offers comprehensive vascular care for the breadth of arterial and venous conditions, including the use of both endovascular (minimally invasive) and open surgical techniques to treat pathologies involving the aorta, carotid arteries, renal and mesenteric vessels, peripheral arteries, and veins. She has special clinical interests in the the treatment of peripheral arterial disease and venous insufficiency with the goal of restoring function and improving patient quality of life.
Dr. Kwong's primary research focus is on the study of peripheral arterial disease treatments and outcomes. She is passionate about investigating the intersection of technology and medicine and hopes to develop personalized, patient-specific interventions for the identification, prevention, and treatment of arterial disease. She is also interested in building cross-disciplinary collaborations to establish novel therapies to address vascular pathologies and improving patient quality of life.
