Opportunities to participate in research at the Alzheimer's Disease Center

The UC Davis Alzheimer’s Disease Center has a number of clinical research studies that explore cognitive and functional change, caregiving, and clinical trials of new therapeutic agents. Participation in research is not a requirement to be evaluated at the UC Davis Alzheimer’s Disease Center.

Pilot awards

The Alzheimer’s Disease Center has a competitive pilot program and awards two pilot grants each year. This program enables both new and established investigators to generate pilot data that can be used to advance Alzheimer’s research and enhance their ability to be competitive for extramural grants.

Resource sharing

The Alzheimer’s Disease Center is a resource for extensive clinical data and bio specimens for scientists who conduct research on Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. Requests for information about our shared resources can be submitted through Dr. Lee-Way Jin at lwjin@ucdavis.edu .
