Abstract Submissions Open: October 1, 2025
Abstract Submissions Close: March 1, 2026

Only 1 submission is allowed per presenting author.

The mission of WARC is to provide fellows, residents, and medical students the opportunity to present their work, including original research, quality improvement, and medically challenging cases. We invite all trainees–medical students, residents, and fellows– from participating residency programs to submit an abstract. Accepted submissions are presented either as oral presentations or poster presentations.

Important Note: Meeting registration is required. Submitting an abstract does not register you for the conference. You must register separately through the conference registration link.

Abstract Submission Eligibility

Abstracts, whether previously presented at other meetings or not, will be considered; however, abstracts submitted to prior WARC meetings will not be accepted. Previously published abstracts should be sufficiently revised.
