Birthing suite tours (see special note)
Our nurses lead regular tours of our birthing suites, so expecting parents can see them firsthand and ask questions.
Tours occur most Sundays, with no registration or RSVP required. Meet at the information desk inside UC Davis Medical Center's main entrance, also known as the Pavilion lobby. To verify that a tour is scheduled (especially around the holidays) please feel free to call us at 916-703-3030.
(Special note: Due to the coronavirus pandemic, our in-person birthing suite tours have been cancelled at times. A nurse-led virtual tour of our birthing suites is available on YouTube here).
Satellite Prenatal Diagnosis Center clinics
To help address high-risk pregnancies in inland Northern California, UC Davis Health has added two additional Prenatal Diagnostic Center (PDC) clinics located at 1111 Exposition Blvd. in Sacramento and 5757 Pacific Ave., Suite A-132 in Stockton. For more information, call 916-736-6888.
You may be seen at one of these locations, which provide expecting mothers with comprehensive counseling, genetic screening and diagnostic testing for fetal anomalies.
