Ingredients
- 4 cups canned garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapeños
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Puree all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until relatively smooth.
- Add water slowly to adjust consistency if it's too thick.
