A bowl of salsa and a tortilla chip

Pluot Salsa

Serves 4

Ingredients

2ea pluot
1ea tomato
1/2 medium yellow onion
1/2 jalapeno
1/2 bunch cilantro
2ea limes
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut pluot in half. Be careful to cut around the seed in the middle. Dice pluots and add to mixing bowl. 
  2. Dice tomatoes and yellow onions. Add to mixing bowl.
  3. Cut top of jalapeno and in half, long ways. Use a spoon to take seeds out. Dice one half of the jalapeno. Add to mixing bowl
  4. Chop cilantro and add to mixing bowl.
  5. Cut limes in half, squeeze juice in mixing bowl.
  6. Stir all ingredients until combined. 
  7. Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper.
