Ingredients
2ea pluot
1ea tomato
1/2 medium yellow onion
1/2 jalapeno
1/2 bunch cilantro
2ea limes
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cut pluot in half. Be careful to cut around the seed in the middle. Dice pluots and add to mixing bowl.
- Dice tomatoes and yellow onions. Add to mixing bowl.
- Cut top of jalapeno and in half, long ways. Use a spoon to take seeds out. Dice one half of the jalapeno. Add to mixing bowl
- Chop cilantro and add to mixing bowl.
- Cut limes in half, squeeze juice in mixing bowl.
- Stir all ingredients until combined.
- Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper.
