Do you have a few less-than-appetizing but still good avocados hanging around? We have two recipes that are great uses for those slightly brown avocados.
Avocado Lime Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 7 avocados
- ½ c rice vinegar
- 1 cup limes, juiced
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 ½ tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 3 tsp. Kosher salt
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until fully combined as a vinaigrette.
Avocado Crema
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 avocados
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 ½ tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 3 tsp Kosher salt
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until fully combined as a puree.
