Philosophy of Care

I see my role as a pediatrician as an opportunity to collaborate with families to make the best evidence based health care decisions for their children. I strive to make sure I understand each person's perspective and incorporate those values into the treatment plan. I am committed to working with colleagues, specialists, therapists and schools to help your family navigate any issues that may arise with your child.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Naidu is a general pediatrician offering care for children from birth through young adulthood. She provides well child care in addition to management of chronic conditions such as asthma, eczema, ADHD and mental health disorders. She also provides acute care for illness or other urgent concerns.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Naidu is passionate about nutrition and how that can affect health outcomes, especially in childhood where health and nutrition habits are typically formed. She is also interested in collaborating with other colleagues at UC Davis to address food justice in the community.
