Welcome to the Student Records policies page!  Many of the Office of Medical Education’s student records policies fall under the direction of the Registrar’s Office. The policies you’ll find on this page help ensure that UC Davis School of Medicine follows national, state, and best practices guidelines on maintaining official student records and ensuring students are in compliance. The Registrar’s Office follows many of the policies and procedures outlined by the University of California Office of the President and the UCD Office of the University Registrar.
